DGS-1026MP
The DGS-1026MP with 24 10/100/1000Base-T PoE ports and 2 100/1000Base-T/SFP combo ports allows users to easily connect and supply power via Ethernet cables to devices such as PoE-compliant wireless access points, network cameras and IP phones. The switch also enables additional Ethernet devices such as computers, printers and network attached storage (NAS).
Power over Ethernet
24 ports DGS-1026MP supports standard IEEE 802.3at PoE. Each PoE port supplies power up to 30 watts for a total switch budget of 370 watts, allowing users to connect devices compatible with the 802.3at standard to the DGS-1026MP. This allows equipment to be placed in hard-to-reach locations regardless of the location of electrical outlets and minimizes cabling. Front panel LEDs let users monitor the PoE power budget and help prevent problems caused by overloading the PoE ports.
Network Expansion Capability
Two Gigabit trunk combo ports increase the network bandwidth and provide the resilient wired connectivity needed for reliable video surveillance and voice application traffic. This hardware-based solution maximizes bandwidth utilizing a high-speed, gigabit fiber or twisted-pair connection.
