Preparatory stage

Design
Preliminary agreements are reached and our engineers and technicians come directly to the site to propose more specific solutions to your problem, based directly on the study of the future site.

A modern integration approach must take into account many factors. Engineers make acoustic and other calculations on the object, draw up schemes of routing of communication channels and equipment location, preliminary specification of systems which are planned to be installed. The design documentation must comply with all requirements.

Training of personnel to work with the installed equipment systems
The control interface of most modern audio-visual equipment systems is intuitive. Many equipment systems work together by means of presets (for example, pressing one button can activate a program which closes the blinds in the conference hall, lowers the screen and turns on the multimedia projector). At the same time clear and simple training of the system operation will only be a plus and will help to avoid wasting extra time and making ridiculous mistakes.

Technical support and maintenance (warranty and post-warranty)
We provide full technical support for all of our implemented projects.
