DIS-100G-8W
The DIS-100G-8W unmanaged switch, equipped with 8 10/100/1000Base-T ports, is designed for use in industrial networks. The switch supports Plug-and-play technology, which allows you to connect devices to it without making additional settings.
Robust construction
The metal housing (IP30 standard) and wide operating temperature range allow the DIS-100G-8W to be used in harsh environments. A high level of electromagnetic compatibility ensures that the switch is resistant to strong electromagnetic interference, and a passive cooling system ensures that the switch operates silently. This unit can be wall-mounted or mounted on a DIN rail using the appropriate brackets. The DIS-100G-8W is equipped with a terminal block for connecting up to two independent DC1 power supplies and provides the user with the ability to provide uninterrupted power in the event of a main power failure without the ability to load balance or set P1 or P2 priority.
Efficient data transfer
The DIS-100G-8W supports QoS, which prioritizes network traffic, thus ensuring efficient transmission of latency-sensitive data even in high-traffic networks. This feature enables efficient transmission of media data such as video surveillance systems.
Energy saving
The DIS-100G-8W switch supports IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) technology, which can detect when the connected computer is turned off and thus reduce the power consumption of inactive ports, thus saving a significant amount of power. In addition, the DIS-100G-8W detects the length of the Ethernet cables connected to the ports and adjusts the power consumption on those ports accordingly, using only the required amount of power.
