DGS-1510-28XMP

The DGS-1510 series includes SmartPro switches with 10G ports and is the ideal solution for Small and Medium Business (SME/SMB) network deployments. The DGS-1510 series provides reliable connectivity and allows you to easily scale your existing network. Switches in this series are equipped with 16, 24 or 48 10/100/1000 Mbps ports, as well as 10G SFP+ ports used for stacking or uplink connectivity.
The PoE-enabled switches are ideal for enterprise customers who use VoIP services, wireless access points and network video cameras in their networks. DGS-1510-28XMP switch supports the standard 802.3at (up to 30 watts of power output per port) and provides power to a variety of devices that support PoE, allowing you to expand your existing network as the company grows, as well as introduce the latest technology without excessive costs.

10G SFP+ ports used for stacking or uplink
Depending on the stacking topology implemented (line or ring), users can use one or two 10-Gigabit SFP+ ports to create a physical stack. Using additional cabling, up to six devices (288 Gigabit ports) can be stacked to provide high bandwidth at an affordable price. In addition, any DGS-1510 series switches can be used in the same stack for easy setup, management, and troubleshooting. Supporting 20 Gbps in full duplex mode, the DGS-1510 switch can connect to both the core network and servers while providing high performance.

Routing Network Traffic
The DGS-1510 series switches support static routing, which makes it possible to connect different groups of users in different VLAN segments in the network. These switches provide the ability to manage routing within the LAN, which can significantly reduce the load on the network router, which in this case can be assigned to handle only the external routing.

Advanced Layer 2 Features
The DGS-1510 series switches support a number of Layer 2 features, including IGMP Snooping, Port Mirroring, Spanning Tree and Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP). IEEE 802.3x flow control allows you to directly connect servers to the switch for fast and reliable data transfer. Switches support cable diagnostics and Loopback Detection. Loopback Detection is used to detect loops and automatically shuts down the port or VLAN where a loopback is detected. The Cable Diagnostics feature is used to determine the quality of copper cables and the type of cable fault.

QoS, bandwidth management
The DGS-1510 series supports Auto Surveillance VLAN (ASV) and Auto Voice VLAN and is the ideal solution for VoIP and video surveillance deployments. Auto Surveillance VLAN is a new, industry-leading technology built into D-Link Smart Switches. It consolidates data and video surveillance traffic through a single SmartPro switch, thereby reducing the cost and expense of maintaining the equipment. ASV also ensures quality real-time video viewing and control without compromising normal network data transmission. Automatic detection of connected VoIP equipment allows you to place "voice" traffic on a dedicated VLAN. With maximum priority and individual VLANs, this feature ensures the quality and security of VoIP traffic. In addition, DSCP marks Ethernet packets with different services assigned to the network traffic. In addition, bandwidth management allows network administrators to reserve bandwidth for different bandwidth-hungry applications or to ensure maximum priority.

Network security
The D-Link Safeguard Engine feature protects switches from malicious traffic caused by virus activity. 802.1X port-based authentication allows the use of an external RADIUS server for user authentication.
In addition, the Access Control Lists (ACL) feature increases network security and helps protect the network by filtering out traffic originating from unauthorized MAC addresses or IP addresses.
The DGS-1510 series switches support ARP Spoofing, which protects against Ethernet attacks that can cause traffic changes or delays by sending false ARP messages. To prevent ARP Spoofing attacks, the switch uses the Packet Control ACLs feature to block packets containing false ARP messages. To improve security, the DHCP Server Screening feature denies access to unauthorized DHCP servers.

IPv6 Support
The DGS-1510 series supports IPv6 functionality, including MLD Snooping, IPv6 ACL/QoS, and IMPB (IP-MAC-Port Binding), which
