Loudspeaker mounts
Ceiling and wall projection screens
  • The loudspeaker mounts must be made of high quality materials (given the high weight of some sound systems), and have in some cases increased functionality (ability to adjust the tilt level and direction).
  • Depending on the size of the room, its height, configuration and purpose - it will use a variety of types of speaker systems that require their own mounts.
Wall mounts for loudspeakers
The simplest and most common type of mounts. However, it requires the correct calculation of the height of the mount and the correct orientation of the speaker. In this category of mounts there are many universal designs that can be used for different types of speakers.
Floor mounts for loudspeakers
This category mainly includes various stands and tripods on which speakers can be mounted. This solution wins with its mobility and extreme ease of installation. It is used for temporary installations at the exhibition areas, used in assembly and concert halls, business centers, etc.

Such mountings are produced by acoustic manufacturers themselves, as well as by manufacturers who specialize in the production of mountings.
Ceiling mounts for loudspeakers
Some loudspeakers, such as ceiling speakers, are already designed to be ceiling mounted (suspended ceiling) and do not require additional mounting systems. However, in some cases, engineering and professional ceiling mount systems are required.
Microphone mounts
Microphone stands
No microphone system is complete without being used in conjunction with one or the other mounting system. They help not only to unleash the full potential of the microphones themselves, but also provide user comfort.
Multimedia projector mounts
There is a wide range of different mounts for multimedia projectors. They can be divided into three large groups according to the type of installation:
  • ceiling mounts;
  • wall mounts;
  • mobile mounts.
Ceiling mountings for multimedia projectors
Probably the most common type of mounts. Used in the widest range of applications, from home theater systems to professional installations.

Benefits of ceiling mounts for multimedia projectors:
  • Safety for the multimedia projector itself (this method of installation makes it difficult to accidentally bump or damage the video projector);
  • Good ergonomics (a projector installed in this way saves space and does not obstruct the passageway of people in the meeting or conference room);
  • convenient adjustment of the multimedia projector (it is possible to set the required distance to the screen, adjust the tilt angle);
Ceiling elevator mounts for multimedia projectors
A new, modern type of ceiling mounts for multimedia projectors. A special retractable mount allows you to hide the projector under the ceiling and activate it as needed. A design solution for rooms in case of suspended ceilings. The special design of the elevator mount allows you to adjust the position of the projector on the mount and stabilizes it against shifting.
Wall mounts for multimedia projectors
Wall mounts for multimedia projectors offer virtually all the same advantages as ceiling mounts.

Typically, they are used when ceiling mounts are not possible or in the case of short-throw and ultra-short-throw projectors.
Mobile mounts for multimedia projectors
As in the case of elevator mounts, they are mainly used in cases where the constant presence of the multimedia projector in the room is not necessary, or if the video projector is intended to work in different rooms, halls, at different venues.

Various racks, projection tables, etc. serve as mobile mounts.
Mountings and stands for professional displays, TVs, video walls and monitors
Mountings for professional displays and TVs
There are three basic types of professional mounts for displays (panels) and TVs: wall, ceiling and floor mounts.

Wall mounts for displays
The most common type of mountings. Depending on the field of application and purpose they differ in a wide variety of designs and technical solutions (fixed mountings, tilt and swivel mountings, swivel and motorized mountings, etc.).
Mobile video panel mounts
Mobile mounts (mobile stands) for video panels are indispensable in all cases where you need to change the location of the display relative to the observer (telemedicine monitors and racks, dynamic installations, etc.), or when the different format of events held in the room does not allow to implement a fixed installation (halls-transformers, rented space, etc.).

Modern mobile stands for video panels are characterized by good ergonomics and well-thought-out construction:

adjustment for different dimensions of professional panels; adjustment of the height and tilt angle of the panel mounted on the stand
Mobile stands design provides channels for concealed wiring connection cables; the rack can include additional mountings to place additional equipment (media players, adapters, etc.) together with the panel.
there are also transformable variants of mobile mounts (if necessary, the rack is removed from the mobile base and becomes stationary)
Video wall mounts
Video walls are organized modularly from individual video displays, and the construction itself is provided by special video wall mounting systems.
The operation of the video wall itself as a single means of image transmission depends to a large extent on the competent design of the mountings, so video wall mountings must meet a number of requirements:

Quality, reliability and durability of both the mounting material and its structural elements (fixtures have to withstand quite a lot of weight of the video wall, which can be quite large in size).
Elaboration of structural elements (the fixture largely depends on fusion and the final image of the video, as it provides a tight fit of individual modules to each other).
Ease of installation and maintenance (the video wall mounting system should be simple and easy to assemble and disassemble, and provide easy access to the video wall modules if necessary to replace individual displays and perform other works).
Mountings for monitors
There is a huge variety of mounts and stands for monitors, laptops, tablets and smartphones that can satisfy almost any request and need. However, most of these mounts are offered by foreign manufacturers and some of the solutions can hardly be attributed to the budget options.

So, one of the popular options are table tilt stands for monitor, used in boardrooms, congress halls and meeting rooms.
Camera mounts
Various video cameras are used not only in security systems, but also in various sets of audio-visual equipment. Without video cameras it is impossible to imagine video conferencing, they are essential in conference halls and meeting rooms, transmitting the speaker's image to the big screen.
Abundance of different cameras of different design and purpose, cause no less a wide range of mounts for video cameras.

In terms of application, all video cameras can be divided into two large groups: external video cameras and internal video cameras.
Mounts for external video cameras
They are mainly used in security systems. Higher requirements are imposed on the mounting systems for such cameras, as they must still resist the influence of the environment (temperature, precipitation, dust, etc.).

When installing vandal-resistant cameras, specific requirements are also imposed on the mountings: their design in the form of brackets or mounting shelves is considered undesirable. In this case, the solution would be to choose a specialized camera, domed or semi-circular shape (in addition to the use of materials of increased strength, this form of the camera better withstands the impact).
Mounts for indoor cameras
Mounts for indoor video cameras have a wide variety, determined by both the design of the camera itself and its purpose, as well as the characteristics of the room in which it is used.

  • Wall brackets for wall mounting, on which video cameras, usually of the dome type, are simply mounted;
  • Angle brackets for speed dome cameras;
  • hanging brackets for ceiling mounting;
  • brackets for mounting on railings, cornices, etc.;
  • special brackets for mounting covert surveillance cameras;
  • fastening systems for suspended ceilings;
Mountings and racks for switching equipment
Rack cabinets
Modern sets of audio-visual installation equipment are quite complex and include many different systems that ensure the operation of the main audio and video playback systems.

Switching and other equipment is often located separately from the main room (for example, in the operator's room) and requires special places for its installation. Various rack cabinets (telecommunication cabinets, telecommunication racks) serve in this role. Historically there is a single standard of rack cabinets, it is 19 inches wide (there are also special rack cabinets of 10 and 23 inches wide) and modern manufacturers of communication equipment are already putting the size of their products to accommodate it in these racks.
